Here at The Pomona Baptist, we believe that our children are the most valuable blessings God has bestowed upon us.

Proverbs 22:6 tells us, “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.”

Because of that, we seek to engage our children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, teaching them all that the Bible says, instructing them in worship, and having fun to the glory of God.
Nursery & Preschool
Sunday Mornings
Our Nursery, and Preschool Ministry serve to care for your infants and toddlers in a safe and nurturing environment. Our nursery is arranged according to developmental stages rather than age groups, with each environment designed to meet your child’s needs.
Mission Friends
Wednesdays at 6:00 PM
In Mission Friends, preschoolers from birth through kindergarten move from a focus on self to a focus on others. Through engaging lessons and activities, they begin to learn how they can help others in need and share God’s love. This critical foundation in the lives of preschoolers will help them grow spiritually into the next generation of Christ followers who will fulfill His Great Commission.
Children in Action
Wednesdays at 6:00 PM
Children in Action is a coed group designed for boys and girls to come to faith in Christ as Savior, while making missions an important part of their daily lives. They learn what it means to live a missional lifestyle while they participate in Bible study, missions projects and engaging activities. They also have a lot of fun as they “travel” to various places around the world when they learn about and pray for the work of missionaries.
Where do I go when I get there? When you first walk in the doors of Pomona Baptist, you will be greeted by our Welcome Team. They should direct you our Kids area. There, you will be asked a few questions to help us serve your child better, by allowing us to know of any food allergies, special needs, etc. After that, give them a hug and we’ll do the rest.
What should I expect for my kids when I visit? The first thing to expect, is for your child to have fun. We have some great teachers in our kids area, and they love to make the time they spend with your child fun and energetic.
Who serves in PBC Kids church?
We have a mixture of men and women who have a passion for seeing kids grow in their walk with Christ.  Our leaders work with volunteers from every age group to put together a rotation of volunteer kids workers.
